Notes: The vacation apartment is on the first floor and it can easily be reached over the B6. The parking lot is by the house. It is located in the north part of Quedlinburg, in a region with woods, and it offers a view upon the town and the Harz. You can reach the town in 10 minutes on foot. The large apartment is bright and modern. It has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 comfortable living room with balcony, 1 well equipped kitchen with microwave oven and cooker on gas. There is also a big shower. You can use the garden for relaxation. Garden furniture and barbecue are available. Within 200 m, there are 2 playgrounds for children and a skater ground. The apartment has a quiet, central location and it invites you to recreate. Hammwarte and Lehhoffelsen (within 15 minutes on foot) offer a large view upon Flur, the town of flowers. 'Kontiki', located on Lehhof is a place where school children can learn how to get along with animals, and where you can enjoy many adventurous activities.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind bezüglich der Lage und Ausstattung korrekt.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich und die Betreuung ist gut.
Die Wohnung ist gross und schön. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine helle und gemütliche Sitzecke.
Im Garten ist ein ruhiger sonnen- und schattenreicher Sitzplatz.
Der TV, Radio und Radio/CD sind ok.
Von der Wohnung ist es zu Fuss etwa 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Quedlinburg.

Quedlinburg ist eine wunderschöne gemütliche Kleinstadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und leckeren preiswerten Restaurants, sowie z.B. "Perli's Pasta Mia", "Die Schwarze Küche" und "Prins Heinrich". Kentro hat eine gemütliche Terasse auf dem Marktplatz.

Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Fahrt mit der Harzer Schmalspurbahn auf den Brocken, einen Besuch an das Besucher-Bergwerk "Drei Kronen & Ehrt" in Elbingerode und an Wernigerode, wandern im Selketal und noch vieles mehr.
