Summer access to bedroom and bathroom located over one-car (roomy, well-lit) garage. Water from Artesian-well. septic system, gas forced-air heat, gas fireplace, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, phone and satellite. Community clubhouse with wireless Internet access within walking distance. Summer/Winter road maintenance. Five, warm-spring fed, trout-stocked fishing ponds within walking distance–fishing poles and tackle in garage. Fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill. Games and area maps on site. Hiking trails with access to National Forest land–beautiful views of Rocky Mountain fourteeners. Bowling and recreation center with pool in nearby Fairplay.
