Agassiz House is a three-story 2,000+ square foot structure located in the Jamaica Plain section of the City of Boston. It sits on a quiet dead-end street near shops, restaurants, scenic Jamaica Pond, and the Arnold Arboretum - a quiet garden oasis within the city. The house features many windows and has a cheerful ambiance. Enjoy the comfort of spacious common space on the first floor: dining room, game room, living room, kitchen, and half bath. Ascend the beautiful staircase to the second floor to find three bedrooms, a study, and a full bath. An additional bedroom is located on the third floor. This home is ideal for two couples traveling together, or a family. Amenities include HDTV/cable/wifi, laundry facilities in the basement, and a front porch large enough for lounging and dining. The property manager lives directly across the street. There is nearby access to two modes of public transportation, and we're close to the Longwood/Harvard Medical Area.
