Located in the new Serenite Residences in Bonita Village. Beautifully appointed, two bedroom apartment in this verdant project, steps from the quiet Las Ballenas beach. Bonita Village is a private, very quiet and secure community, just two miles from the center of the town of Las Terrenas, and with it's own market and restaurant. Kitchen fully equipped, with gas range and microwave oven, and all utensils. Each bedroom with private bath and air conditioning. Living room with half-bath. Terrace with garden view, and high counter opening to kitchen for breakfast. Away from the busiest part of Las Terrenas, yet very close to the beachside restaurants of Playa los Pescadores. Private, very large pool is perfect for kids and adults, with an excellent, casual European restaurant (with wi-fi) and well-stocked minimarket on site. Laundry service available. Spring-fed creek with native fish runs through this garden property filled with butterflies and birds.
