About Ed Provost

Grew up in the mid west (Wis & Minn) Went to school in superior, wis. Joined the military in 1958. After military went to work for trucking company. few years later bought my first of 4 trucking companies. Tried to retire 17 years ago but instead bought a recruiting franchise and still working a little. Love it.

Why Ed Provost chose Incline Village

We have been in 40 countries and lots of cities and places. This is the best place in the world. Golf in summer, ski in the winter.

Someday I will retire here and take it out of the rental program.

I love to sit at the table(like I am doing now) looking at the beautifull lake view and doing my computer work.

What makes this house unique

This house has 6 bedrooms 5 baths and plenty of hot water for all, this is rare, be sure and check this out with other homes. The deck can have 12 people very comfortable. Living room has 5 recliners plus 2 queen Ann chairs. Top ie street level has queen bedroom, no stairs. Great 60 inch Samsung TV.

WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS WONDERFUL RETREAT A FEW TIMES IN THE PAST.EVERY VISIT WE DO
ENJOY MORE AND MORE WITH ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HOME.
THE LAYOUT IS FUNCTIONAL AND COMFORTABLE, THE INTERTAINMENT AREAS ARE AT STREET LEVEL( EXCEPT ONE BEDROOM AND A BATH) WITH THE INCLOSED GARAGES
AND THE OTHER BEDROOMS ARE ON THE TWO LOWER FLOORS FOR PRIVACY,
THE LARGE EXTERIOR DECKS HAVE BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF THE ENTIRE LAKE,
THE HOME THEATER WITH THE OPEN KITCHEN IS CONDUSIVE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
INTERACTION ,THIS HOME AS ALWAYS MAKE OUR VACATION A MEMORABLE RELAXING TIME

My family and I are coming to this beautiful home during the last a few years ,every time it is a new
experience of nature, views, comfort .adventure, ski in the nearby resorts. or B,B.Q on the large
decks in the summer, - the home make the vacation !!!
the layout is perfect with the large gathering upstairs (street level) for intertainment , cooking .reading
and bedrooms below with lot`s of privacy and serenity. the location is central to the different activities
that we are looking for during our vacations, I will recommend this house to my friends also,- enjoyed
our stay in this location and will come back in the summer time, the owners are a pleasure to deal
with all our concerns and details,

Great House with Great Views!

Absolutely as described. A very well maintained house and well stocked.
The house is conveniently located to Mt Rose (approx. 10 min drive) and there's a grocery store about 5 mins away.
Plenty of room in this house where everyone could have there own bedroom and only 2 of the rooms where you had to share a bathroom.
The upstairs kitchen, dining and living room is very spacious for our group of 9 people. None of us felt crowded and we couldn't get over the views from the 3 levels of decks....WOW!
What a great place to see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
This will be a great place to come back to in the summer as well. It's a great location.
Look forward to coming back this summer!

This home has absolutely incredible views and makes you feel like you are in heaven. The peace and tranquility that you feel after staying hear for a few days is not found easily anywhere else. I have been to this beautiful home 5 times in the last 10 years and have loved it more each time. The home itself is huge and is so well laid out with only one bedroom being on the main floor. This allows those that want to go to bed early to not be disturbed while others that want to stay up late not having to worry about those that have gone to bed. When you enter this home, it feels like home. You feel relaxed right away and just know that your stay is going to be so wonderful. 5 huge stars *****

Great spot to relax!

We are very glad that my cousin Nikki invited us to spend a few days with them in this delightful place. The views are spectacular, the house is close to hiking trails, we grilled on the gas barbecue, and sat out on the main level deck with drinks while gazing out over the lake. The house is well furnished, very comfortable with easy access to everything one might need. I would certainly recommend it without hestitation, and will keep it in mind when ski season rolls around.
