Spacious, 9ft high ceiling, one bedroom, two bath, luxury condo in the Trademark subdivision, Winter Park's most prestigious neighborhood at the entrance to the Winter Park Ski Resort. This is our second home. Extraordinary views of the ski slopes out the twin 9 x 9ft picture windows. Fully equipped kitchen, contemporary design, granite counter tops, cherry cabinets. W/D in unit. Easy walk to lifts or jump on the shuttle bus, one stop to base. Premier designation: gas fire place, heated floors; free WiFi; 2 TV's, balcony and windows overlooking woods and river. This is a ground floor unit with covered parking next to your door. Ski locker and private entrance Community hot tub is steps away. Winter Park has five distinct mountains: Winter Park, Mary Jane, Parsenn Bowl, Vasquez Cirque and Vasquez Ridge, with plenty of runs for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. Mary Jane is renowned for her moguls. Winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, tubing, snowmobiling, sledding and snowshoeing. Fraser boasts a tubing hill and is 10 minutes away. Summer activities include music festivals, golf, fishing, hiking, back packing, biking & mountain biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, rodeos and of course wildlife viewing in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Everything was wonderful – this condo is easy and fun to live in and very close to all of our favorite places (winter Park, Snow Mountain Ranch, Grand Lake & Rocky Mnt Nat Park). It reminded us daily of our creator & that every good thing comes from him. James 4:8 Dec '08 We had a wonderful Christmas vacation here in Winter Park. The condo is so cozy and the view is amazing! We spent some time on the mountain, took a ride in a horse drawn sleigh, had a lot of fun tubing down the hill in Fraser and Ice skating at Cooper Creek

things to do from Tenants: Everything was wonderful – this condo is easy and fun to live in and very close to all of our favorite places (winter Park, Snow Mountain Ranch, Grand Lake & Rocky Mnt Nat Park We hiked Adams Falls, Cascade Falls, Shadow Mountain Lookout Trail and the local winter Park trail. We had great fun cross country skiing and sledding at the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch (8 miles west of Fraser) Such a nice town (Winter Park) for eating out and shopping. Beautiful condo with amazing and unforgettable view! Great access to transportation for snowboarding and skiing! Winter Park has so many options for any level snow boarder/skier and keeps you wanting more.

Beautiful condo in Winter Park

My husband and I loved our stay here earlier this winter and thoroughly enjoyed Winter Park. The condo is very nice and comfortable with plenty of room and great views. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-equipped for having a nice relaxing dinner in at the end of the day. We had a great time skiing and the condo was very convenient to and from the lifts. Plus, the condo has an attached car port and is on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our stuff up flights of steps. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
