1 BDRM PENTHOUSE has a beautiful ocean view, a king size bed in the bdrm, a living room, kitchen, 2 tvs, & indoor & outdoor dining areas.

We own & manage our 2 penthouses. We are independent of Bellevue's rental pool. We like our guests to be happy, satisfied, & to return to us.

We have installed our own air conditioners in our condos. However, the hotel's ac works beautifully as well.

Bellevue Beach Paradise, formerly known as Hotetur, is a full amenity resort hotel with an optional all-inclusive meals & drinks plan for ONLY $45 a day. There are 4 ocean view restaurants & 3 bars for great variety. The dinners at the Specialty Mediterraneo Restaurant are better & less expensive than at many of Cancun's finest restaurants. So taking the all-inclusive for a day or 2 is truly worth it! IT'S DEFINITELY THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN!

There are also night clubs, discos, restaurants, shopping, 4 casinos, & children's activities.

Walk directly across the street from the hotel & eat at J. C. Capitan. They have well-priced lunch & dinner menus with gorgeous sunsets.

There is also a convenience store in Bellevue & a 24 hr EXTRA convenience store with an ATM machine across the street..

Adjoining this penthouse, we have a 1 bdrm penthouse with a king bed in the bedroom & double sleeper couch in the living room & a full kitchen. This is the Owner's Suite, our home, which we rent to guests on occasion.

Very nearby Bellevue, we have 2 ocean view & 2 lagoon condos at Solymar Beach Club: Homeaway.com #269258. Very relaxing & easy with full kitchens. We give even better rates there. So if you would like a great deal, inquire about these rentals as well.
