This property is a full amenity resort hotel with an optional all-inclusive meals & drinks plan for only $45 a day. There are 4 oceanview restaurants & 3 bars for great variety . The dinners at the Specialty Mediterraneo Restaurant are better & less expensive than at many of Cancun's finest restaurants. So taking the all-inclusive for a few days is a great deal since it is about the same price as 1 dinner at one of Cancun's most exclusive restaurants.
There is also a mini-super market, Iguana Laguna, a two minute walk south across the street from the hotel with very good prices. They also take credit cards. Also at Km. 13.5 is Russo's Market with good prices. Walk directly across the street from the hotel & eat at J. C. Capitan. They have well-priced lunch & dinner menus with gorgeous sunsets.

Nearby Hotetur Beach Paradise is the Hilton with its large beautiful golf course. Also about 15 minutes away is the well known golf course at Pok de Pok. There are also additional golf courses down the coast on the Mayan Riviera.
Our condos are located in Tower 1 of Hotetur Beach Paradise. This tower is situated further out than the other 2 towers & gives you the feeling that you are floating on the beautiful turquoise waters. Not only do you feel this sensation from the balcony, but also from within the condos.
As you sit on your balcony, you will see pelicans flying by so closely that you can almost touch them. You will feel the cool breezes and hear the melodious sounds of the waves. In summer, watch the nesting female turtles lay their eggs before you. In late summer & early fall, watch their hatchlings rush to the sea. By day look for dolphins frolicking in the waters. By night, enjoy the lights of the cruise ships as they parade by the Hotel Zone.
Life does not get any better than sitting on your balcony & enjoying the beauty of nature. The pinks & blues of the sky in the morning before sunrise & in the evenings after sunset are unforgettable.
