Everything is brand new!!! Totally remodeled and furnished w/ high end furniture. It has the ambiance of Mexico and the MODERN living conveniences of the United States and Canada. Situated in wonderful gated community right on the ocean and north of the marina. Language is not a problem as most service oriented people speak English. Great location - only 10 minutes by taxi to the Golden Zone (shopping, restaurants & night life) and walking distance to several wonderful restaurants on the soft sandy beach. The townhouse is in a Private 'GATED' community. Drive in and park conveniently left of the front door to carry in your possessions. Once inside the townhouse enjoy the spacious open first floor with it's intimate dining room, a totally modern CUSTOM kitchen & bar. The large living room is next to the kitchen for a wonderful GREAT ROOM affect. Enjoy the 42'' flat screen TV & and stereo system. Outside dining on the patio w/ great ocean breezes and a convient grill.

Three bedrooms have ***PRIVATE*** bathrooms and two of them are located on the second floor. The second floor has a concealed full size washer and dryer and the 4th bedroom/den w/ full size sleeper sofa. Fabulous ocean views from two of the bedrooms. The third floor Master Suite has huge vaulted ceilings with a private balcony facing the gorgeous pool and ocean. Perfect place to enjoy the sunset w/ a glass of wine. Enjoy the luxurious bathroom w/ travertine shower, marble countertops and two natural stone vessel sinks. ******NOTE: There is PURIFIED WATER SYSTEM through for all of the faucets and showers & hairdryers in all baths.
