This is a short note to let you know how delighted we are with the villa., the town, Avi & Dexiree', etc. Already we have (1) had a wonderful but quick dinner at 'Shut Up, Frank's' (girls' choice) (2) woke to pounding surf and whales (3) enjoyed the long beach walk on which we saw many breeching whales, flocks of pelicans; and our daughter ran into old friends from Argentina (4) shopping and pedicures in Todos Santos, (5) fabulous sunset (6) great dinner with the use of the Green Egg (7) Raggae Festival in Todos Santos (8) coffee on patio soaking up early morning sun (9) going to brunch and market in Pescadero ~ and, we've only been here 36 hours!!!
Truly, this couldn't be more perfect for us & our family. One member is even proposing marriage to his guest. It's a secret, so there's a palpable feeling of excitment amongst us.
Thank you for providing this amazing location and sharing it with others.
After traveling to Mexico several times in the 1990's, and always appreciating the climate and friendly people of Todos Santos, we decided to purchase oceanfront property in 1999. At that time, there were no other homes in the Las Tunas area. Of course, now there is an entire community of fellow Americanos. We started building in late 2007, and were able to complete and move in August 2008. We enjoy our neighbors, the lovely town of Todos Santos, and the cool tradewinds constantly blowing in off the Pacific. Of course, as you can see, we also enjoy the fishing up around the LaPaz area.
