A heated swimming pool is located in front of the house in a lovely very private tropical garden. The view of the ocean is spectacular, looking over 3 bays: Marigot, Petit Cul de Sac and Grand Cul de Sac with its lagoon. Fully air-conditioned, this tastefully decorated villa offers a modern and very functional kitchen, a spacious living room, a king bedroom , walk-in closet and en-suite bath, furnished living room, indoor and outdoor dining and an outdoor covered terrace which leads to the sunny deck area and pool.
