This is a one story house where the bedrooms are on one side and the common areas on the other side.

There is a beautiful, peaceful backyard with a wonderful mango tree that provides lots of shade, when needed. Here you will also find a covered BBQ area with a gas grill as well as two gas burner stove tops, for those occasions when you want to cook something outside along with the grill. There is a playground and a hammock where you can relax while watching the children.

  • There are two master suites in the house. They are located on opposite sides of the house. The first master suite has a King size bed with a full size sofabed. This suite's bathroom has a shower with a seated area and natural stone walls. The second master suite has a Queen size bed. This suite's bathroom has a bathtub/shower with dual pedestal sinks and marble-covered walls. The other two bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has a bathtub/shower with dual pedestal sinks and marble-covered walls. The half bathroom is located next to the family room. In the family room, there is a Full size sofabed.

Absolutely a great place for a large family. Close to all amenities including Aventura Mall and the Beach. Child-friendly space with lots of outdoor activities and toys.
