Kona Nalu #303 is a short walk down the coast from downtown Kailua-Kona on Alii Drive. We enjoy walking into town to enjoy coffee or special nights out. At our home, enjoy the serenity of being oceanfront with miles of sea to enjoy from your very own private lanai.

Enjoy your own private entrance from master suite onto lanai, and listen to all the sounds of the water right from your master suite. Our favorite pass time while at Kona Nalu #303 is to enjoy tropical breezes while sipping mai-ti's and enjoying an nice meal right at home at sunset!

Also, enjoy a dip in our community pool, while watching the ocean. There are 2 major snorkeling/surfing locations right in front of our property. Our home is fully equipped for your entire stay!!! Enjoy!!! And aloha!!!

We are the Briggs family. We love traveling to Kona as much as possible with our family. We are retired and hope to spend our days living, loving, and laughing a lot!!!

We have always loved visiting Kona and when a unit at Kona Nalu (#303), became available we knew it was the right fit for us. We find our serenity there! Listening to the waves and watching all of the glorious sunsets from our private lanai is like magic.

Amazing Vacation to Kona Condo

Seeing the condo in person just blew my mind! It is so beautiful and so totally comfortable. The location is perfect! Just a little ways up the road from multiple restaurant/bars, many beach sites within a short drive. The elevator access to the condo made things so convenient. It was so easy to bring up luggage, bring boogie boards, beach chairs and towels down to the car. Sitting on the lanai hearing the waves crashing on the lava rocks below was so soothing. The view was gorgeous. I think having your own condo while visiting Kona was the perfect way to travel. I would return to visit Kona and rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Clean, Comfortable and Convenient are the words I would use to describe this condo rental. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

A wonderful stay at 303 Kona Nalu

What a beauiful condo to call home for 10 days. The setting with the ocean right off the linai was so soothing that we spent many hours enjoying it and the boats and canoes passing by. The furnishing were so "Hawaiian", beauiful art work, a wide selection of books, a wonderful new kitchen with new appliances, and the owner had stocked everything one would possibly need on such a stay. We enjoyed several trips to sights the owner had suggested, snorkled off the Body Glove boat, swam with dolphins, enjoyed beaches and restaurants such as the Bamboo Restaurant and the Big Island Grill suggested by the owner. The grounds are beautiful with so many flowering trees which have a wonderful aroma, many birds we had never seen before, and many neighbors who greeted us when we were out in the parking or pool area. Overall I would rate our stay at 303 Kona Nalu as an A++. We all returned home with great memories, completely rested, and I know that we will return as soon as possible.

Peace of Heaven

Kona Nalu is the BEST place to stay hands down. We found this place by chance 2 years ago and have been staying there ever since (we spend Jan/Feb in Kona every yr). The remodeling that was done in Dec is top notch. Really did a nice job. The condo offers everything you could possibily want and the lanai right on the Ocean, well it doesn't get any better than that. We always travel with other family members and I love the roominess the condo has along with the fact that the bedrooms are at separate ends of the condo. Every bedroom has a t.v. along with a big screen in the livingroom.

We enjoy having breakfast on the lanai and watching the whales, birds, para-gliders and just enjoying the sun rising. Evenings are also spent on the lanai starting with cocktail hour, dinner (usually sometime cooked on the BBQ'r down by the pool) and enjoying the beautiful sunset. It really doesn't get any better than this.

So if your looking for a smaller complex (not a Resort) right on the ocean, with a pool - than this is the place for you.

Love Love Love this place!

This was my second time staying here. I usually don't do reviews but think this property and the owners were above and beyond what is normally expected. The unit is BEAUTIFUL! The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and a few additional items as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed, clean and well maintained; we LOVED the thick luxurious towels. The views from the lanai are spectacular and far exceed what you would get at most hotels and other condos. We enjoyed all the extras like the wheeled cooler, the snorkel gear, beach mats and boogie boards. The location is fabulous and we would not stay anywhere else when we return again to Hawaii.
