For any other problem with the unit, our on-site management team is available to correct the problem quickly. You will find them friendly and a pleasure to work with. We are also personally available at all times by phone or email to address any problems that come up. We and our on-site management team are dedicated to making sure you have a great vacation!
Beach Path is a 1,100 sq ft Townhome style condo with two bedrooms upstairs and the Kitchen, Laundry Room, 1/2 Bath, Dining and Living Room downstairs. There are two wonderful balconies looking out into the beautiful Gulf, one off the Living Room and one off the Master Bedroom. Since it is on the 5th and 6th floors, the views of the 'World's Most Beautiful Beach' are fantastic and the Gulf breeze is second to none.
For those who have difficulty with stairs, there is an elevator available in the outside hallway to take you
to the second floor and an additional entrance into the guest room from the hallway. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably (or more with available rollaway beds at a nominal fee).
The Living Room has a sofa bed with an upgraded Serta mattress for your comfort, a flat screen 32 in. TV, plenty of seating, bookcase with games, books and puzzles, and VHS movies and DVDs for your enjoyment. The Dining area has a pub style table with 6 chairs.
The full Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. It is stocked with a good supply of dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, baking dishes, silverware, utensils, bowls, etc. These items are replaced regularly to assure they are in good shape for you!
The Laundry room has full sized, side by side washer and dryer. These are not the common stacked apartment sized units. They do a great job of washing and drying
a full size load of laundry. The Laundry room also has a large pantry area. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor as well. This is very convenient for those that are sleeping on the sofabed!
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, full dresser, two large closets, TV, full attached bathroom, and of course that wonderful balcony with a view of the Gulf! The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a full bed, full dresser, two large closets, DVD player and bathroom right next door.
There is 24-hour security at the gated entrance with secure parking, large heated pool, hot tub, toddler pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, and exercise room. Captain Anderson's Restaurant & Marina, The Treasure Ship & Marina, Charter Fishing & Boat Launch, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island are just a few of the fantastic places close to Beach Path! It is a great location for a family vacation or a quiet getaway for two!
