This is an independent, furnished, sunny house... with a queen-sized bed, a small kitchen in granite, walk-in closet, travertine bathroom, ac, private deck & private parking. This hillside location has expansive canyon views. It is very private because the canyon begins at the deck and there are no homes below. There are also partial ocean and city views.

It 's a 2 minute drive to the beach, a 3 minute drive to the heart of Laguna Village, 10 minutes to several exceptional shopping malls, 20 minutes to John Wayne / O.C. Airport. 1 hour to LAX, 1 hour to San Diego.

Laguna Beach is a great walking town with it's Art Galleries, Festivals, The Pageant of the Masters, Restaurants, Shopping, Parks and Beaches. We are happy to offer suggestions or advise you in your endeavors.

When the day is done, return to the serenity of the hillsides with the sunset, a good bottle of wine, the soft distant sounds of crashing waves and an occasional cricket opera.

This suite is for up to 3 tenants maximum. Small pet may be possible.

Sorry smoking inside the studio is forbidden.
