Relax in this recently constructed beautiful Tahoe home within Tahoe Donner that offers mountain ambiance in an elegant setting. Wonderful outdoor decks complete with a new gas grill provide plenty of room to enjoy the view. The home backs to a greenbelt that provides direct access to the extensive Tahoe Donner trail system. Wireless wifi internet and DirectTV included.
The house is 2800 square foot with three bedrooms and three full baths. The great room, which is adjacent to the fully loaded kitchen has tall ceilings and opens to a large deck with mountain views. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for four. The dining room contains a large solid-wood table. One of the master suites is on this level.
The second master suite is located downstairs and has a large tub bath with separate stone-tiled shower. A sliding glass entry provides access to a huge deck. Also on this level is a third bedroom that has a bunk bed and another single bed. A bonus room contains a single twin bed. A third stone-tiled bathroom is available for guests in these rooms. A high chair and portable crib are available.
The game room also opens to the large deck and has a large-screen TV with cable TV and DVD player as well as a foosball table. A comfortable pull-out sofa provides more sleeping space.
Tahoe Donner is a members-only resort community that offers amenities for all interests and age groups: Downhill and cross-country skiing, sledding, a championship golf course with driving range, a tennis center with 11 courts, an equestrian center, a private beach on Donner Lake with boat rentals, an extensive trail network for snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking, as well as a premium fitness center that offers a full service gym with fitness classes, cardio and strength training as well as three swimming pools (one open all year), hot tubs, steam room and sauna. Easy access to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugarbowl and Northstar ski areas.
