Charming Beach House just steps from downtown Laguna and Main Beach. This home features spacious high-beam ceilings, gourmet cook's kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Beautiful front patio with trellis. One queen bed in first bedroom, queen bed in master bedroom, opens to ocean view terrace with BBQ, table and chairs with umbrella. French doors opening to terrace from living room and bedroom. Bath with new shower and Jacuzzi tub. Laundry and off-street parking. All new linens. Very clean. All beach gear supplied, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, umbrella, ice chest. Pet friendly, submit on small pet. Available Saturday to Saturday. Available December 19, 2009- January 3, 2010, April 3, 2010- April 11, 2010, then June 26 - August 28, 2010.
