Located 10 minutes from Gunnison airport, 35 minutes from the Crested Butte ski slopes. The mobile home is just down the road, take the free bus, it runs from the City of Gunnison to head north on Highway 135 to Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte.

Covering 41,972 acres, the park offers fishing, boating/boat rentals, water skiing, kayaking and windsurfing.
