FIRST FLOOR: The first floor opens into the living room with a fireplace which has access to the front deck and rear deck with pool. This living area flows in the dining room and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances; all living areas have access to the deck and pool area. Continuing down the hallway, there is a large bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, and deck access and a bedroom with a king bed which has access to the hall bath.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor houses a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a footed, soaking tub and separate shower. Down the hallway you'll find a bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with 2 twin beds that share a bath, a bedroom with a king and a private bath, and the laundry room.

THIRD FLOOR: The third floor loft has a sofa bed.

Our home includes: driveway and covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, front porch and private deck surrounding pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
