November 2009 to February 2010 the rate is only $1,200 per month plus tax of 11.5%. This price includes linens and one cleaning upon your departure. Enjoy walks on the beach, tennis, exercise center, golf. and historic Charleston. The weather (Average day time temperature high 50’s to mid 70's) is great for all of these activities and you can't beat the value.
Get away from the snow, ice and cold and enjoy one of southern South Carolina's best beaches. Just pack your clothes and come on! This is a perfect cottage for 4 friends, 2 couples or a family of 4. We sit on a corner lot with a beautiful hard pack white sand beach (great for walking a bit cold in these months for swimming) a block away and the Island Recreation Center with tennis and exercise center a block the other way. Historic Downtown Charleston, Golf Courses, Plantations, Marina, fabulous Restaurants, historic Forts and loads of US History are just minutes away.
The entire cottage was recently renovated with an all new kitchen including cabinets, countertops, breakfast bar, range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a dining room just off the kitchen with lots of windows and a sliding glass door opening onto a screened-in porch. A laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the other side of the dining room.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands, triple dresser and full length mirrored closet doors. The master bedroom has a computer desk with DSL and a TV.
The Living Room easily accommodates an entertainment center with TV, DVD, VCR, CD Player, Sectional Sofa with two recliners, an additional recliner plus end tables and coffee table.
Isle of Palms has so much to offer with it's beautiful beach, great restaurants and shops. We are just minutes away from Downtown Charleston, Plantations, Golf Courses, Marinas, Forts and loads of history.
