This warm, welcoming Village home is ideally located to provide beautiful ocean views, and spectacular Catalina sunsets, and is just a short 2 block walk to some of Laguna Beach's finest beaches.

This 2400 sq. ft home has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, bunkbeds) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is an entertainer's delight with gourmet appliances and granite countertops. The great room offers plenty of room to relax, dine, catch a Catalina sunset view, or if you have a musical inclination, play the piano. There is a private enclosed backyard patio with a gas bbq to enjoy those warm Southern California evenings.

Upstairs, relax in the expansive master suite, with 42" plasma tv and fireplace or on the deck of the master suite in your private hot tub with views of the Pacific. Or kick back downstairs in the family room outfitted with surround sound. The many conveniences and details of this home coordinate perfectly to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

During the day, take a short 2 block walk to enjoy the beach, and in the evening stroll into town to enjoy world class dining, or to visit renowned art galleries. Enjoy the Pageant of the Masters, Festival of the Arts and the Sawdust Festival, Or day trip to Disneyland, San Diego or Los Angeles.
