This classic Beach Cottage is only two years old and has all the modern conveniences you want: Modern kitchen, gas fire place extensive use of Granite, Onyx and Distressed Hard Floors with two awesome ocean view balconies and a private yard with a lawn.

A few blocks to the free shuttle stop. The open air shuttle ride is only a few minutes to down town Laguna Beach with hosts a diverse range of activities from dive-bars to gourmet restaurants and theatre.

Near by Newport Beach and Dana Point offer harbors for all the ocean fun you can imagine, deep sea fishing, sailing and scuba diving.

Laguna's famous Pageant of the Masters and Festival of Arts only begin to scratch the surface of the wonderful art community flourishing here, hours of entertainment shopping locally or venture to the world famous Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum or South Coast Plaza only minutes away.

This house is two blocks to the renown thousand steps public beach access, this beach has caves and sand, reefs and tide pools.

Optionally is access to a charter sailing experience on a private luxury modern fully equipped sailboat. We also have 2 kayaks and can help with some snorkel, dive and surfing gear.

The houses on the other side of PCH rent for around $35,000 and up. You get the same beach and almost the same view. We all share the same beach. The modern construction and over insulation block the road noise.

PS we use an electronic lock. I can program in several 4 digit numbers for your group so it does not matter when you come back from the beach or your day adventure you can get in without worry about who has the key.
