Brown Bear Cottage is Luxuriously appointed in a European village style and this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Asheville luxury vacation home is nestled in a beautiful shady neighborhood. Pet friendly and with a fenced in yard, you and your pooch or will enjoy the fireplace and the two serene porches with rockers and comfortable furniture. For entertaining, this house has a lovely dining room and plenty of patio and deck space to enjoy. The Gourmet Kitchen will delight the serious chef in your group.

Asheville’s art galleries, famous restaurants, Pack Place kids building and shopping are a few blocks away. Those inclined to enjoy the outdoor activities in the mountains will fine convenient access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Bent Creek Park, Chimney Rock Park and all levels of river rafting within a 30 minute drive. The world famous Biltmore Estate is an easy 10 minute drive and if it's your first trip to this fabulous Vanderbilt summer home you will want to spend the day there having lunch or dinner at one of the fine restaurants.
