This beautiful 4 bedroom home, known as The 149 House, sits just steps away from the Taylor River in Almont. The home is ideal for families or large groups. In addition to the 4 bedroom main house, the upstairs unit may also be rented and connected to the house through a stairwell that may be locked or unlocked on either end.

The exterior features of the house include a fenced in yard and private hot tub. The inside of the house has plenty of room to roam with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen and dining area, living room with fireplace, and tv den with a loft for additional sleeping space.

The biggest advantage in renting this home is that it sits on the property of Three Rivers Resort. Therefore, guests have all the resort amenities available to them including private fishing, outfitting services (rafting, fishing, kayaking), retail shops, summer time restaurant, Jeep rentals, playgrounds, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball and more.
