This is a charming and characteristic farm house (200 sq. m) which has been created from the careful restoration with bio-architecture technicians and is situated on the hill in front of the small town of Sovicille. Within a 1 km radius are all kinds of shops and it is only 12 km from Siena's historic town centre and 8 km from the wild romantic river Merse where you can take a bath. There are beautiful views of the countryside and the woods and is set in an absolutely peaceful position. There is approx 6,000 m² of grounds with equipped outdoor areas and parking. The ground floor is equipped with an open loggia, living room (satellite TV), 1 double bedroom with an extra armchair bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with hip bath and 1 bathroom with shower. The 1st floor (accessed from outside only) has a kitchen/dining room (dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine) and 1 bathroom with shower.

You can reach Siena easily by bus from Sovicille.

Trips: Bus Sovicille - Siena (14 times from Monday to Saturday; 4 times on Sunday. 7 minutes by feet from our house to bus stop. But for trips in the area around Sovicille (Montagnola Senese; Chianti, etc.) you need an own vehicle, bicycle or car. Many guides in different languages in the house.

Guest Book: This is a wonderful location, 500m outside of the small village. The villa met our needs perfectly. I recommend to anyone to stay here for tranquillity, comfort and accessability to Siena and the rest of Tuscany. This is a perfect location for a family with children to relax and vacation together.
