Take the bus to Santa Monica Beach, Venice, or the Pacific Palisades. See the Lakers, Kings, or Dodgers play. Enjoy some of the finest dining establishments in the world. The Townhouse is located in a complex with 23 other units near the intersection of San Vicente Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd. One block south of the famed Sunset Strip. This is a two story townhouse with the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living room and a half bath located on the first floor. There is also a private, enclosed patio accessed through a sliding glass door.
The second floor consists of the Master Bedroom (with a King sized bed), attached Master Bath with Jaccuzzi Tub, guest bedroom (with a Queen sized bed) and attached guest bathroom. Washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
The unit is in a security gated building and has secured underground parking.
PLEASE NOTE!! We have a 1 week minimum stay, and we do not accept reservations for more than 28 days. Occupancy is limited to 4 Guests. There is a Property Manager to meet and assist guests during your stay.
This is our 2nd home now, after living here for over twenty years.

Centrally located in the heart of the entertainment districts of Los Angeles.
This unit is centrally located to all of the exciting tourist areas of Los Angeles. Adjacent to Beverly Hills for dining and shopping; adjacent to Hollywood and the Sunset Strip for entertainment and dining; and of course, a short bus ride from Venice Beach and Santa Monica.
We rented this townouse, for a month in April/May 2015. Based on the description and reviews, we had delayed our vacation by 10 days until it became available. A wise decision! The moment we walked in the door we were very happy. It is a beautiful townouse, just like the pictures, large, very comfortable, well laid out and made us feel right at home. The townouse is very secure, has secure parking and is well stocked with almost everything you would require including an outdoor gas BBQ. The entertainment systems, stereo, televisions and internet are first rate. It is very well located: a minute or two walk to Santa Monica Blvd or Sunset Blvd (uphill) with quick access to many, many restaurants including most of the famous/trendy ones. There is a great supermarket (Pavilions), a 5 min walk, major shopping centre (the Beverley Centre) a 15 minute walk and the centre of Beverley Hills (Rodeo Drive) is a 20 minute walk. Good access to public transportation (bus) with easy connections to the Metro. By car, easy access to downtown, Beverley Grove, the beaches and the other side of the Hills, Studio City, Burbank and San Fernando Valley without using the freeway.
The owner, Al, was great to deal with and provided quick responses to any question or comment. There is a very efficient property manager, Tim, on site who introduces you to the townouse and responds very quickly to any question or requirement. Thanks to you both for a wonderful holiday!

The photos do not do not do this townhouse justice. I was surprised at how roomy the place was and would definitely stay here again. The secure underground carpark is a godsend if you are doing any driving whilst in LA. Even though its in a busy part of W Hollywood it was always very quiet at night. Both Alvin and Tim the property manager were always happy to answer any questions or help with anything whilst we were there.
Can't say enough about this property and the whole rental process. From VRBO to the owner to the property manager, everthing went smooth as silk. The condo was even nicer than it looked in pictures and had all the comforts of home. It's location was perfect with easy access to Hollywood, The Beaches, The Valley, etc. And it was right in the thick of the West Hollywood nightlife. I would stay there again and again.
We are a family of four (2 children, 13 and 11) and really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse during December 2010 and again in January 2011. Everything turned out to be exactly as described in the advert on the VRBO website - secure complex with underground parking, well kept property, new and modern furnishings and appliances, close to all the sights and attractions, useful guidebooks and guest information, friendly and helpful property manager, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we visit LA at some stage in the future.
it was the 2nd time we went there, and it is defentely not the last time we are going to stay there. it is located right in the middel og west hollywood, 2 min drive drive to sunset boulevard and melrose avenue. The Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. I can realy recommend to place every one hows going til LA.
We are a family of four, with two teenage boys and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Condo very clean and roomy, well equipped with everything you could need. Location is central to all popular tourist areas/attractions. Neighbourhood is very safe and clean. Residents of condo complex very friendly and welcoming. Would visit and stay at this property again!
Ideally located between the famous Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd. A diverse mix of entertainment, cultural, and culinary experiences. All within walking distance. Good public transportation for longer day-trips.
