The large screened-in pool is 38x18 feet, holds 18,000 gallons of water and is 3 1/2 to 6 feet deep. It is surrounded by privacy fence and tropical greenery. There is a food and beverage pass-through, a charcoal grill and cozy outdoor furniture. Enjoy a poolside barbecue that is bug-free! Watch rocket launches from our yard (listings on the NASA channel). The 27' and 20' cable televisions, foosball table and air hockey game provide you with additional entertainment.
'Sunny Sea Stay' is decorated in true coastal style with tropical and nautical themes throughout. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size memory foam bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is sizable with a queen bed. Business to attend to? A combination office/third bedroom provides the solitude and desk space you need. It has a daybed with two twins.
