A covered walkway connects the parking deck directly to 2nd floor and elevator access. So when all the people are waiting for the elevator, you can just walk into your condo.

Since it is the corner unit you can still feel secluded and peaceful inside the condo. Once you enter the unit your reaction would be WOW yet you feel right at home with fully furnished kitchen and luxurious bedrooms. This corner unit with spacious balcony has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, breathtaking Gulf-Front views from the living room, kitchen and from the master bed room. You can just lie down on the maser bed and watch the ocean. That view will provide memories of a lifetime.

The Living room has a 42" LCD TV and DVD player, with surrounding home theater sound system along with iPod/iPhone dock. Upgraded ceiling fans in the living room and light fixtures in the dining . Custom made window panels complement the comfy and luxurious sofa set. Nice furnishings and paintings will sure to get your attention. Secretary desk will accommodate your laptop.

All bedrooms include upgraded Foam mattresses that will provide for maximum comfort during your stay. Every bed room has extra sheets and pillows. All three bedrooms have flat-screen LCD TV’s and DVDs .One queen size aero bed with top quality is provided with additional bedding set. 2 people can comfortably sleep on this bed, it can be inflated just in seconds by plugging in.

The MAIN MASTER BEDROOM is with a breathtaking view of the gulf and features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower and a large garden tub. The bedding is with 600 thread count sheets and a luxurious comforter.

This bed room has a large bay window. With the convenience of 2nd floor you can have a spectacular gulf front view by lying on the bed. This bedroom features a 32" LCD TV and ceiling fan. You can access the balcony from the bedroom too.

The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM features 2 full sized beds with luxurious bedding and 600 thread count sheets and a private bath. This bedroom features a 32" LCD TV.

The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has been tastefully decorated with polka dot theme. 2 twin sized beds and a bunk bed and a 26” LCD TV with DVD player. This bedroom adjoins a bathroom featuring a shower.

THE BALCONY is spacious and provides a spectacular view of the ocean with access from living room and master bedroom. Furnished with 4 comfortable cushioned chairs and cushioned lounger.
