Enjoy your time in the sun next to this south facing screened in private pool and spa. There are padded sun loungers for the sun lovers in your party to enjoy while the large umbrella and table on the lanai provides the perfect place for a casual lunch that may be grilled on the gas BBQ A TV on the lanai and an outside/inside music system adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
Inside, the house is perfect for your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped for a full course meal or a quick snack. Sit at the table or bar and watch the large screen television in the lounge. Or, relax in the lounge itself on the comfortable leather furniture for a quick nap. American football and major sports are available. Live UK soccer games on Fox sports 104 are also available. Children's UK television programs are provided for your children's enjoyment.
A computer is included for your use as well as wireless internet throughout the house.
The largest downstairs master ensuite has a king size bed, access to the pool and its own television. The bath has a soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The other ensuite downstairs also has a king size bed and its own television. The bath in this suite has a walk in shower.
A queen size bedroom and a 1/2 bath complete the downstairs floor plan.
Upstairs, your children will love the Mickey bedroom with its own Mickey TV and DVD player. There is also another twin bedroom with its own TV and full bath here. A third bedroom upstairs is perfect as a teen retreat. This room has two futon beds (can sleep 4) and its own TV.
The garage has been made into a game room with a pool table and foosball table.
We have an eperienced local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that may arise. Fresh linens and towels are provided as well as a starter package of soaps and paper products
For young children, we provide the use of a pool toys, stroller, high chair and travel crib.
The house itelf is alarmed. Child locks/ alarms are installed on the pool area as well as a child safety fence. Both of these safey devices must not be taperd with. A safe is availabble for your valuables.
Enter the resort through the gated entrance where you will be greeted by 24 hour security. The resort itself has a clubhouse, exercise room, theater, games room, sundry shop and resort pool. There are several playgrounds on the property. The resort is only about 3 miles from Disney and close to all your favorite restaurants. Many of central Florida's greatest golf courses are near by. Also convenient to shopping, this resort community has the best location in the area!
