Introducing our new Tidewater Beach Resort gulf front condominium on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach, Florida.
The unit was professionally decorated just in time for the 2008 vacation rental season.
All you can see is water outside the huge 9 by 12 foot floor-to-ceiling patio doors. Tidewater is directly on the award winning Gulf of Mexico beach where you can walk for miles in either direction.
Experience amazing sunsets from your south-facing private balcony with table, four chairs and chaise lounger.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to six people with king master bedroom suite, separate bunk room (NOT bunks in a hallway alcove), queen sofa sleeper in the living room and second bathroom with shower. Black-out draperies have been added to the living room since these pictures were taken. The full kitchen has granite countertops and in unit washer and dryer.
Tidewater Beach Resort amenities are unequaled with two 4200 Square foot pools, one heated indoor pool, 3000 square foot fitness center, steam room, media center with free movie showings and more. An onsite restaurant is scheduled to open in February 2009.
We are within walking distance of the cool new Pier Park lifestyle center which includes over 1 million square feet of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and outdoor concerts including the Seabreeze Jazz Festival.
Take a short drive along the fabulous Emerald Coast to explore the fascinating beach towns of Seaside (Truman Show movie), Water Color, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Carillon Beach among others.
Our condominium is professionally managed by Harry and Miriam Forster at Four Star Condo Services. All rental payments are made through them.
