Our villa is a nearly new luxury 6 bedroom house in Windsor Hills - if you are used to a luxury lifestyle and expect nothing less, or are looking to pamper yourselves, this is the perfect villa for you!

With around 3200 sq ft of living space, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax or get together and create perfect memories.

No expense has been spared in creating the perfect ''home away from home'' with only the highest quality furnishings and accessories introduced into the home. Professional decorators were used to instill the perfect blend of fun and elegance to appeal to any age group.

To continue the theme of quality, the family room has a 42'' Panasonic plasma HDTV with DVD surround sound and PlayStation 2, and every bedroom has cable TV and DVD. We have installed a luxury spa with 10hp jets to unwind after a long day at the parks (which is far better than the inbuilt spas which neither have many jets or much power).

Free wifi access is included, as well as cable TV and local calls.

We have tried to make sure that everything you may need is available in the villa (including crib, etc) so there's isn't a lot to bring except yourselves!

We are especially proud of our recently remodeled game room which unlike many others is not a garage with games in it, but is instead another room in which to enjoy a game of pool, foosball or air hockey, or simply enjoy a drink while watching the 32'' LCD TV.

Windsor Hills provides the perfect location with it's 24 hr security, excellent amenities, and position, making pretty much everything just minutes away.

Our location is so spectacular that we have no rear neighbors, plus a direct view of the Disney parks - by day you'll be able to see the Mickey ears on the famous water tower, and by night you'll be able to watch the fireworks from all the Disney parks, all from the comfort of the home!

Our home can provide the perfect sanctuary from which to base your holiday, we look forward to welcoming you into our home!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house/villa. It was so close to Disney where we spent the majority of our time at. It was also in the heart of town so we had any store or restaurant we could have needed. The house is decorated very nicely, was very clean, roomy, and family friendly. I have 3 young children and the house had everything I needed for them, strollers, pack n play, baby gate, and high chair. Even though we didn't use it the game room was amazing! We did spend time enjoying the pool in the backyard and the view. The neighborhood is very very nice and has several amenities that are included with the stay. Parthiban was the best! She was absolutely amazing to work with and did everything possible to make our stay the best. I would highly recommend this house. Whenever we go back to Disney I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay near Orlando

My family and I have rented this house two years now and it has been great both times. Pool is nice and warm to swim in house is very large and tidy. There is an awesome game room to play in all ages of my family enjoy it. The home is also located in a great neighborhood with a large pool area, many playgrounds and game areas such as basketball courts etc. This specific home is in a great are in the neighborhood it has no houses behind it and in the distance you can see some things at disney. It is close to all the attractions very easy access to get to house. This house feels like a home away from home. Love love to stay at this house. Also the owner response to questions/emails very quickly and he is also extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is going to the Orlando area. It is also very reasonably priced for what you get.

Orlando vacation.

This was a great house. We went to Disney and Sea World and it was about a 10 minute drive to the former and 20 minute drive to the latter. We had 8 people who comfortably fit in house. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Heated pool was great after day at the parks. Owner was easy to work with and responsive. Would definitely come back to this house.

Great vacation home!

Our family and grandparents (total of 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is very nicely appointed, we especially enjoyed the separate hot tub that actually was hot like a hot tub is supposed to be, unlike some of the "spa's" other homes have that are part of the pool, but don't actually get hot. We spent a couple hours each night enjoying the view from the hot tub. This home is nice as well because there is not a home directly behind the house, it looks out over the back of the sub with views of the greater Disney area. We also enjoyed the game room and the TV in the game room, so the guys could watch football and still be part of the family game time! The owner was very responsive to answering all questions prior to our arrival at the home.

This was our first time visiting Florida and your villa was a fantastic place to stay. With eight of us staying with age ranges from 12 to 65 everybody had plenty of room to relax and all enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and games room. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the whole villa was beautifully decorated. Windsor Hills itself is a great community with lots of facilities and the whole area is kept to a very high standard. It is also very well located for all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping malls. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to a return visit in the future. Many thanks for letting us stay in your fantastic villa.
