Situated near the prime intersection of Hwy 79 & Front Beach Road, this END UNIT with a wrap around balcony has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, plus bunk room, and has breathtaking Gulf-Front views that will provide memories of a lifetime.

Our Condo overlooks close to 700 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico from your private wrap-around balcony that has been tastefully decorated with a Shabby Chic design, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. The Living room has a mounted 37" LCD TV and DVD player, with upgraded ceiling fans and light fixtures.
Lastly, the magnificent view of the Gulf with the wrap around balcony provide for photographic opportunities that are rarely achievable. This outstanding resort will be a flagship for the Panama City Beach Area. It has two outdoor 4,200 square foot swimming pools and adjoining hot tubs, 2 Tiki Bars - 2 Roman Spa pools as well as an additional heated indoor pool; a state of the art cardio-fitness facility with a health bar; steam room and sauna; a conference center (5,000 square feet); a large game room; an on-site movie/theater center; a convenience center and an on-site restaurant .
Our views of the beach with BOTH spectacular sunrises and sunsets are a perfect end to a sunny day and beginning to an exciting evening. Other beach activities are also available including jet ski’s, kayaking and parasailing.
The kitchen features granite countertops / breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area, tile throughout, custom cabinets, and brand new appliances. The remainder of this beautiful, upscale condo has been recently decorated in 2009 and includes many other upgrades including lighting, ceiling fans wall mounted television sets and DVD players. Beginning February 1, 2009, the unit will have Wi-Fi connection.
The unit offers three bedrooms and a bunkroom area that serves as a fourth bedroom and three full baths. Two master bedrooms have king-sized beds with Gulf Front views while the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms include upgraded Memory Foam mattresses that will provide for maximum comfort during your stay. All three bedrooms have flat-screen LCD TV’s.
The MAIN MASTER BEDROOM is front and center with a breathtaking view of the gulf and features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom features a 32" LCD Wall mounted TV and new ceiling fans.
The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also features a king-sized bed and a private bath with breath taking views of the Gulf. This bedroom features a 26" LCD TV.
The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has been tastefully decorated with a queen-sized bed and a 20” LCD TV that invites you to lie back and relax. This bedroom adjoins a bathroom featuring a shower.
The “FOURTH BEDROOM” is a bunk bed area that offers two twin beds for additional sleeping space.

* Our condo has a laundry room with a large-sized washer and dryer.
* Parking is as convenient as it gets. Simply park on the garage's 3rd level and walk over to the unit on the twelfth floor.
* Our unit operates with Kaba Code Door System. Prior to visiting our vacation rental, we will provide you with an access code for the week which will allow you to not have to worry about lost keys or key cards in other units. This means that there will be no need to wait in line with the management company representatives before entering your unit.
* Security is ensured with 24/7 security guards.
* Other amenities for your use include 2 owner beach chairs for use while on the gulf and a high-chair for those families traveling with little ones.
* Beach chair service provided at no extra charge to guests (seasonal only).
* The island-style beach bar & grill are open seasonally - Memorial Day-Labor Day.
In addition, Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance to the new 200-acre Pier Park, an extensive Tropical-feel Life-Style Shopping mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach including Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville! Pier Park boasts approximately 150 stores and 20 restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater's Grand Theater containing 16 movie theaters with stadium-style seating.
Coming in 2010 will be the Panama City - Bay County International Airport providing even greater travel convenience.
