Close to the Village, shops, restaurants, Main Beach, Pageant of the Masters, Artwalk, North Laguna's best beaches and all the best that Laguna has to offer. All within walking distance and close to the trolley and buses.

Peek Ocean Views, large fenced in back yard, plenty of parking. No Garage.
