This town home has an amazing view of Mt. Crested Butte. The windows are south facing so it stays warm during the winter.

It is conveniently located on the West side of town on 2nd St. and Whiterock. The bus stop is 25 steps from the property accessing Mt. Crested Butte to ski during the winter or Mtn. bike/hike during the summer. Two blocks from all of the restaurants on Elk Ave.

If you're looking for a place in town with a fenced in yard (only during the summer) this is your place. It has two bedrooms and a loft so you can sleep seven people comfortably. The main living space is spacious enough to watch TV or play games in the dining area.

If you want convenience then this is the place for you! Pets require an additional cleaning fee.
