The home is situated in the perfect location to enjoy all the top beaches, restaurants, shopping, and yet quite enough to completely relax any time of day. Upon arrival, park your car and walk or use the free Laguna open air trolley to get around. This house was built from the ground up in 2006 with only quality in mind. Exotic Brazilian Koa floors are throughout the house with profession grade appliances, granite counters, spa quality bathrooms, and amazing Asian gardens.
After enjoying a sunset dinner on the deck you can retreat to the backyard pallapa to enjoy music by the outdoor fire pit. There are 3 bedrooms all with ocean views.
