Family owned cottage. A place we fell in love with and our family returns to year after year. Furnished like we want it, not like a rental. An original Laguna historic cottage, with modern amenities, wood floors and freshly painted.

Comfortable, sunny and relaxing. Easy to cook, entertain and straighten up inside and out. Kitchen table seats 6 but expands to 8. New outside gas BBQ, dining tables and benches on the deck. Private, secluded but close to everything.

Upscale shopping and art gallery browsing up and down nearby Coast Highway, Separate detached study with large flat screen TV, internet access. Computer, email to keep in touch.

A great place for kids. Safe, fenced front and back yards.
2 beach cruiser bikes plus beach chairs and umbrella. Relaxing front porch with fountain and fruit trees.

2 bedrooms 1 bath. Sunny rooms. Windows. Queen bed in master. Twin bed plus trundle bed in guest room. Crib available. 1100 sq ft. Near Bluebird beach.

Golf. Tennis, Pools. Spas available in town. Great central location easy drive to Disneyland, Knotts, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and Sea World.

Short walk to bakeries, coffee, sandwiches, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, drinks but tucked away in residential neighborhood.

You'll want to come again and again.
