This BRAND NEW, beautifully decorated, spacious 923 square foot, 1 Bedroom condo with Bunk room has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! You will love the view from our 11th floor 30 foot balcony which is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a King-Size Canopy Bed with a top-of-the-line mattress, luxurious linens, and your choice of down or synthetic fill pillows. There are reading lamps on each of the 2 bedside tables and large armoire with a 37" Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Designer BLACKOUT DRAPES in both the bedroom and family room allow you to sleep late or take an afternoon nap. The Private Bathroom has a tub/shower and large vanity area. The roomy closet and drawers in the bedside tables and armoire allow enough room for your clothes so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase for a week.
BUNK ROOM
This is one of only a few units in Tidewater that has DOORS TO CLOSE OFF THE BUNK ROOM so you don't have to worry about waking up the kids after bedtime. The bunk room has Twin Bunk Beds plus its own Private Bath with tub/shower. There is a Washer and Dryer for your use so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes!
FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a Sleeper Sofa with a Queen Size Bed. There is a 42" Flat Screen TV with DVD player for your entertainment. Our large assortment of games and movies for children and adults will keep you busy on a rainy day or after dinner. We even have a Wii with a variety of games for younger kids, teens, and adults. There is also a nice collection of books to read while lying on the balcony, on the beach, or in bed. If you need to do some work or just want to surf the Web, Wireless Internet Access inside the unit is available at no additional cost.
KITCHEN
The FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN has everything you need from a microwave, coffeemaker, and blender to dishes and pots and pans for cooking or baking. A starter set of Starbucks coffee means you don’t have to go to the grocery store on your first night. You can cook all of your meals in your room after a fun day at the beach, or you can go out to one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Our unit is very Family Friendly. The floors and other surfaces are kept impeccably clean so you won’t have to worry about your baby or toddler crawling around on the floor. We have CHILD-PROOFED the unit with outlet covers and cabinet locks. A Pack N’ Play with full bassinet and an Infant/Toddler Feeding Seat are available for use. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with Children’s Dishes and Silverware. We have also provided a large bag of Sand Toys so you won’t have to take the sand back home with you. During the summer months the kids are entertained by the staff-provided "Kids Club". All kinds of beach activities are also available.
BEACH SERVICE is also included in the price. This includes a double chaise lounge chair and umbrella set-up to ensure a leisurely day at the beach.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. It is a first class resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities.
