Built in 2005, this beautiful Tahoe Donner vacation retreat is a short walk from the TD Recreation Center. Bedding includes 1 Queen in each of 4 bedrooms and 2 Daybeds in the Family Room.
On the upper level are the Master Bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub, second bedroom and bathroom, and Great Room with vaulted ceiling. This room has a fully equipped kitchen, an island with 4 bar stools, a dinning table that seats 12, a game table, a gas fireplace and a 52 inch HDTV/DVD with HD Cable. The deck off the Great Room has a gas barbecue.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and a Family room with a pool table. In addition the FR has a TV, a gas fireplace and 2 daybeds with cushions. The deck off the FR has a SPA protected from snow and rain by the Master Bedroom deck above.
The lot is flat, great for play and easy parking. There is an attached 2 car garage and driveway parking. A few blocks away are the Recreation Center, Golf Course and driving range/sledding hill.
The Recreation Center offers hot tubs, a large swimming pool, a separate adult only lap pool heated in winter, saunas, fitness center, classes and health spa.
Tahoe Donner also has an outstanding tennis center, cross country/equestrian center and a small downhill ski area. There is a private beach for swimming and boating at Donner Lake 3 miles away. The rental includes 2 access cards for 4 guests each to access most amenities for $8 per person a day. Major ski areas within 30 minutes include Squaw Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl and Alpine Meadows. The town of Truckee has unique shops, pubs and dining. Tahoe Donner has its own excellent restaurant at the Golf Course.
