Welcome to our custom designed and built home. After many years of vacationing in Tahoe Donner with our children we decided to build a home that would work for our very large extended family and friends. Our home is situated on the 3rd. fairway of the TD golf course with wonderful views of the golf course in the summer and plenty of play opportunities in the winter. We have a large stone patio, complete with a gas firepit and hot tub. The large gourmet kitchen is a cooks delight featuring top of the line appliances including Wolf cook top and wine/drink fridge, honed granite counters and custom cabinets. The 3 sided eating bar, game table and dining table have room for 20 for sit down meals. Reclaimed hardwood floors and wood beamed ceilings with stone firplace make for a warm experience in the great room. Master bedroom with fireplace, large walk-in closet, steam shower and his/her vanities. 3 additional bedrooms all with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms with custom tile work and heated floors. Additional powder room for guest. Bonus room with stone fireplace, pool table, pull out sofa bed and second television. 2 additional full sized mattresses available for extra guest. The house features radiant heat which is preset for our guest 24 hours in advance to ensure your comfort. WiFi on site.
