This little cottage is a single home all of it's own. It's nestled between the hills that surround Laguna Beach and the Pacific Ocean. It has a beautifully landscaped yard and is only 2 blocks from the most beautiful parks and beaches in all of Laguna. This cottage was built in the late 20's and has been completely remodeled. With it's high ceilings, hardwood floors, indoor and outdoor fireplace, outdoor Jacuzzi and best of all the tempur-pedic pressure relieving Swedish mattress and pillows, you'll have a hard time leaving for the beach! With one of the owners being a sea captain and owner a 34 ft. sailboat; you'll have the opportunity to sail an afternoon along one of the most beautiful coastlines in all of California! We can take you whale watching or out for a sun-set/moon rise cruise. This house is located in North Laguna. Within a 3-5 minute walk you can be at the beach, parks, downtown, art galleries, restaurants, shopping, grocery store and festivals! You don't even need a car to stay here. It would take you longer to drive to these places, than to walk!! We are in the center of everything here, yet it's far enough away to escape "everything" when you feel like doing so.
