Incredible 3-bedroom/4 full bath ski-in/ ski-out townhome located in Deercrest the most exclusive community in all of Deer Valley, the premier ski resort in North America.
The new St. Regis Hotel is just around the corner. The home is located on its own private ski-in/ski-out trail you can literally ski to and from your doorstep. Get ready in the ski prep room, open the door, put on your skis and GO! When you come back you can practically ski into the hot tub (you may want to take your gear off first!). Once you experience it you will never want deal with a base lodge again (even at Deer Valley)! The views are incredible with an elevation of approx 6800 ft with front facing to the Bald Mountain ski runs and the back overlooking the Jordenelle Reservoir.
This townhome is only a few years old and is maintained in 'new' condition. It is rented on a very limited schedule. This nearly 2400 sq ft townhome has 3 living levels, is professionally decorated and the finishes are top of the line.
The upper level features a two car garage, a beautiful spacious master bedroom suite with stone fireplace, pitched ceiling with exposed log beams, king sized bed, flat screen TV and a 'covered' private deck, a master bath with double bowls sinks, a 6-head shower and a jetted tub.

The lower level features: a Jr. Master suite with a queen size bed, luxurious bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower, a 'bunk room' style bedroom with full size bunk beads, a full bath and a well designed 'ski prep and storage' area that leads directly to a large rear deck with a private hot tub. The bottom step of the rear deck is literally on the private ski trail!
The location is perfect. Besides being located on the slopes of the top ski resort in North America, the St. Regis resort is located in the Deer Crest community - you will be one of the few that are able to 'drive up' to the hotel as Deer Crest is a private community and hotel guests must take a 'Funicular' from the Deer Valley base lodge to access the hotel. You are a short drive to the spectacular dining and shopping of Main Street. Park City at night, in winter is an amazing place to be! You are also a short drive to the towns of Heber and Midway and the spectacular views of Mt Timpanogas. What is most amazing is that from the SLC airport to your doorstep you will not encounter a single stop light (no fighting the line of traffic in and out of the main entrances of the ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain and the Canyons)! No matter what the weather - you can get here
Deer Valley is all about the skiing, luxury and service. Deer Crest is the most exclusive neighborhood in Deer Valley. Gated private roads, beautiful residences, and spectacular mountain views with Deer Valley ski trails winding throughout. It is not a surprise that the St Regis hotel built their 5-star mountain resort in the community. This townhome is Deer Valley and Deer Crest - it is spectacular, luxurious with all the right amenities and it is all about the skiing. Nothing beats skiing from and to you back door

My wife and I along with our 3 children live in Atlanta, GA but our hearts are in Park City, Utah. On our very first visit in 2003 we loved the area so much that we purchased a large piece of property to eventually build a permanent home. We have been spending 30-60 days in Park City each year since that first trip and last year our beautiful Deercrest Townhome was finally completed. We are a ski crazy family so the ski-in/ski out allows us maximum time on the slopes. But beyond skiing the weather year round and the hiking, biking, adventure sports and water sports are world class. My boys and I are hard core fly fishing fanatics and the Provo River (which is nearly at our doorstep) the the Weber River offer some of the best trout fishing in the country. We trust you will enjoy our spectacular home and its perfect location. By the way . . . we are working towards realizing our dream of becoming full-time residents of Park City by June of 2015.
We purchased this townhome because of the ability to ski-in and ski-out and its location: overlooking the reservoir and Bald Mountain, convenient to both the town of Park City and Heber, close to fly fishing, the new St Regis resort in the Deercrest community and easy access to the SLC airport (you can always get here no matter the weather). We looked at the Empire area but it was so difficult to get to in time and in weather conditions. We spend a lot of time in Park City and it made sense for us to purchase a second home here. Our close friends from Atlanta purchased the unit next door to ours and several other friends have places near by so it really makes for some fun group vacations.
The greatest benefit to staying at our property is not only the beautiful design and comfort of the space but its location. The stress reduction of being able to ski to and from your back door and not have to fight ski traffic jams, lug equipment, wait in lines cannot be measured. Once a skier experiences ski-in/ski-out things will never be the same again!
