This unit has BOTH the living area AND the master bedroom directly facing the Gulf. A 30 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom. Most one bedroom units don't have the master bedroom on the beach side. It's a great feature! It also has floor to ceiling sliding doors in order to access the balcony. The bunk room is a separate room with a closet- not just in the hallway! This adds extra living space and sleeping privacy. This unit also has two full baths.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and 37" TV. There is still plenty of room to comfortably accommodate six people. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. There is a 27" TV and DVD player in the bedroom. Two full baths are also available. One full bath is off the bunk room and the other is off the master bedroom.

The 2 outdoor pools and hottubs at Tidewater are incredible. The deck area is very large to allow ample room to socialize. The indoor pool is great for rainy days. The theatre at Tidewater is now open. They have a movie on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. This is great for a nice family activity.

My unit is located one floor above lobby, pool, and beach. One floor below the garage walk over. No need to wait for elavators.

This is my dream vacation home and I want to share it with you. I know you will love it!
