Darling 1920's artist studio with bright sunny rooms, full kitchen, and some long range mountain views (especially in the winter!). Features include claw foot tub and slate flooring in bathroom, beautiful cherry floors, bright colors and lovely views. Walk to art galleries and restaurants in West Asheville. Less than 2 miles to the river arts district and downtown Asheville.

Riverlink Park with dog parks, riverfront paths, playgrounds, lawn bowling and canoe rentals just a mile from the house!
