Situated near the prime intersection of Hwy 79 & Front Beach Road, this enormous, 2,250 SF Tidewater Beach Resort Condominium has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus bunk room (sleeps 3), and is Gulf-Front. It sleeps 10 guests comfortably in beds. The kitchen features granite kitchen countertops, tile, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
Our Condo overlooks 636 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico from your private wrap-around balcony with a Caribbean "Tommy Bahama" West Indies look, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. More than once, we've been told it is the "nicest" unit in Tidewater Beach by the rental management company and others. Living room has a huge 47" TV and DVD, a lighted bar and, of course, a magnificent view.
MAIN MASTER BEDROOM is front and center on the beach with access to the balcony and features a king-sized bed and a private bath with separate tub and shower. The bay window overlooking the gulf from the master bedroom provides magnificent views. Large bathroom features garden tub and separate shower. This bedroom features a 32" TV with DVD player as well. Sliding glass doors open right out to the main balcony.
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also features a king-sized bed and a private bath also. This bedroom features a 32" TV with DVD player as well. Luxurious island furnishings and artwork welcome you to lie back and relax with views of the pool, beach and ocean.
THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has 2 full-sized beds and colorful tropical artwork. Lovely furnishings and a 32" TV and DVD welcome you to lie back and relax. This bedroom has easy access to a "Jack and Jill" bath.
BUNK BEDROOM functions as a 4th bedroom as it includes a full-sized bed in addition to a built in upper bunk. A 26" TV and PlayStation 2 Player are set up for the kids for games or DVD movies in their own space. It even has "Guitar Hero III" for your use.
Our condo has a generous laundry room with a large-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and looks right out through the family room to the sugary white sands and emerald-blue waters of the Gulf coast. Our dining table seats 8 and we have seating at the bar for 4 more, so there's plenty of space for a group.
