The Tidewater Beach Resort is a new building which first opened for occupancy in 2008 on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach. It is quickly becoming recognized as one of the premier buildings on the beach. Tidewater's amenities are second to none with two large outdoor pools and hot tubs, tiki bar, one heated indoor pool, large fitness center, steam room, media center with free movie showings and more. The Endless Summer restaurant and bar is now open on the second floor.
Our condo comfortably sleeps up to six (6) people with king master bedroom suite, separate bunk room (NOT bunks in a hallway alcove like many units), queen sofa sleeper in the living room and second bathroom with shower. The full kitchen has granite counter tops and in unit washer and dryer. The living room and bedroom each have LCD flat panel HDTV's.
All you can see is water outside the huge 9 foot high by 12 foot wide floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the great room. Enjoy amazing sunsets from your private balcony with table, four chairs and chaise lounge. Tidewater is directly on the award winning gulf beach where you can walk for miles in either direction.
ONE FREE PREPAID BEACH SET-UP IS INCLUDED WITH ALL SEASONAL RENTALS BETWEEN MARCH 1 AND OCTOBER 31. THIS CONSISTS OF A DOUBLE-CHAISE LOUNGE WITH UMBRELLA AND NORMALLY COSTS UP TO $30 PER DAY!
Within convenient walking distance is the amazing new Pier Park lifestyle center which includes over 1 million square feet of shopping, 20+ restaurants, 16-screen movie theater with stadium seating and outdoor concerts including the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Take a short drive along the Emerald Coast to explore the idyllic beach towns of Seaside (Truman Show movie), WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Carillon Beach or visit historic Appalachicola.
Our condominium is professionally managed by Harry and Miriam Forster at Four Star Condo Services. They have a sterling reputation for maintaining meticulously clean units. All rental payments are made through them.
