Beautiful new townhouse on Elk Ave near the end of town (towards Mt. Crested Butte). Unbelievable views of Mt. Crested Butte. Just a few blocks to downtown and to the free bus up to the ski resort. Hiking, mountain biking, and cross country trails start within 1/2 block.

Small but luxurious with many modern amenities, including wood floors and ceiling, in-floor heating, granite topped counters, beautiful front yard and porch, new appliances, gas fireplace and more.

Just starting to rent for the first time. This is a place to come back to in years to come as more amenities are added.

2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. 1 queen bed, 1 king bed (that can be converted into two twin beds). Large Living/Kitchen/Dining Room upstairs, bedrooms are downstairs.

This house is eligible for the Free Ski promotion. Anyone staying in the house from Nov. 25 - Dec. 16, 2009 will receive 4 lift tix a day.
