Welcome to our cottage in the Historic district of Asheville known as Montford. Enjoy the comfort of your own place for your vacation while exploring the many adventures that the area offers.

From this home you can easily walk to the vibrant and exciting downtown Asheville to people watch and/or attend live theater, visit an art gallery, shop in the many eclectic stores or dine at one of the over 65 restaurants! Known as the "Paris of the South" Asheville is filled with many musical venues from bluegrass to pop to suit everyone's taste. Many people enjoy walking or cycling in the area surrounding this home.

This home has everything you need and then some for an enjoyable visit. Charming home with some antique furniture and high quality linens and things. Exceptionally well maintained by local folks with the comfort of the guest in mind.
After an adventure packed day of one of the many activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, birding or backpacking, you can relax beside the fire, curl up with a book or dine with family or friends. This home is well appointed and tenderly cared for so you will be comfortable as you explore our wonderful mountain area in Western North Carolina.


Also unique to our properties is the 'Gourmet 2 U' service. Imagine having a few prepared meals waiting for you when you arrive to use as you wish during your stay. Have some home cooked meals in the fridge! All this allows more time for you to explore and appreciate the Asheville area. Some guests prefer to hire a cleaning service during their stay, and we can highly recommend Green Home Cleaning.

NEW for our renters in 2009/10 are dining certificates for downtown restaurants, significant discounts for services such as concierge, professional massage therapy, full service salon, personal training, and discounts at several retail stores.
