This brand new Isle of Palms home features a private heated swimming pool; elevator that goes to all floors; ping pong table; high speed internet (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.); telephone, TV, and alarm clock in every bedroom; free long distance within the continuous US; wide screen plasma TV; 1200sqft. of decks and partial ocean views from the top deck.
On the first floor is the pool deck, living room, powder room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and two king bedrooms. Each king bedroom on this floor has a private bath with a hairdryer in each. The living room features a built in sound system, wide screen plasma TV, and DVD player. The powder room can either be used from the pool deck or the living room. The kitchen is state of the art with stainless steel appliances. It also has a dual oven, stove top in the island, and a drawer microwave under the counter.
On the second floor are 5 bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds and it shares a bath (with a hairdryer) with a bedroom with king bed. The remaining three bedrooms each have a king bed and private bath each with a hairdryer. The laundry room is also on this floor with a washer and dryer.
On the third floor are the final 3 bedrooms plus a TV room. The master bedroom has king bed, balcony with partial ocean views, and while the other two bedrooms each have two extra long twins in each that can be converted to a king bed upon request with at least 2 days notice. All three bedrooms share a large deluxe bath with large shower, jacuzzi bath tub, toilet and bidet room, and large double vanity. The TV room has a queen sized sleeper sofa which offers additional bedding. Also in the TV room is a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
