This beautiful cozy 3 Bedroom 2 Bath ranch home has all the amenities and comforts of home. Large master bedroom, master bath. The other bedrooms are split away from the master with a full bathroom. Hardwood floors in main living area and kitchen. Wood burning fireplace. Covered deck with gas grill and nice backyard with trees. Garage, laundry room. The home is fully stocked for your comfort.

Close to downtown 3 mi., shopping and many great eating establishments. Grocery stores,banks,gas stations and drug stores nearby. A beautiful lake within walking distance from the home,it has a great walking/running track, kayaking (rentals avail.) and waterfall. YMCA and UNCA Collegen campus within minutes. Enjoy a ride to the Grove Park Inn for brunch, 2.5 mi. 5 mi to Biltmore House. Ride up Town Mountain Rd and take a view of the city by day or night. Continue up Town Mountain to Mount Mitchell for a day of hiking and picnicking. Asheville has many lovely shops, great restaurants that are locally owned especially in the downtown and Biltmore area. Antique places in town and all around, great shopping. Blue Ridge Parkway entrance close by. Weaverville and other small towns surround Asheville. Lots of activities within driving distances. Tennis, golf, pool and soon be added health club 3 miles.
