Beach House right on the Ocean! Property is on the bluff above beach with stairs to sand. Upper unit is four Bedrooms and two baths (Queen bed & Sleeper in 1 bdrm/Double in 2nd Bdrm/set of twins in 3rd Bdrm/1 twin in 4th Bdrm). Lower unit is two Bedrooms and two Baths (King bed in Master/2 doubles in 2nd Bdrm) and fireplace. Parking, huge shared yard on the sand, laundry, BBQ, each level has private entrance. Can rent one level or both together for large group!

Casual vacation units suitable for families. Internet modem available. Fireplace in lower unit. Off street parking for both. Fantastic location walking distance to everything! Located on one of Laguna's best bodysurfing/swimming beaches and just steps to the famous Brooks Street surfing beach! Laguna Beach offers everything from the sand and surf to live theater, art festivals and the famous Pageant of the Masters. Jump on the free trolley that runs throughout the town during the summer months.

  • parking & laundry facilities. Both units share large beachfront yard/BBQ
  • Security deposit is $1000 per unit. Cleaning fee deducted from SD.
  • PROPERTY IS RENTED FOR 1 WEEK MINIMUM.
  • 10% discount for off season rates(Sept-May)not including holidays.
  • 10% DISCOUNT IF RENTING UPPER/LOWER TOGETHER
