RARE BEACH FRONT.. Huge balcony right over the beach with 180 degree panoramic ocean view. Watch the surfers, dolphins, and amazing sunsets. This rustic 2400 square foot home is conveniently located just steps from the world famous Montage Resort and a short drive to Laguna Beach Village.

Will consider one week minimum.

Upper Level: Open Living/Dining/area with bar, fireplace, kitchen, Two bedrooms and full bath, huge deck with knockout ocean and beach views. The large private office off deck also has a queen sofa bed.

Lower Level: Master Bedroom and bath. A family room with wet bar, and large balcony.

1/2 bath oudoor

Maid service available.
